by Child UK
CHILD UK delivers Outdoor Play programmes funded by local authorities, housing associations, children’s centres and many others. Working with local partners we event manage the annual National Play Day event which attracts over 5000 participants.
Our Play Rangers work with children aged 6-12 years old and encourage them and their families to use local open spaces by providing them with fun and creative play experiences. CHILD UK Play Rangers provide equipment and a safe environment for children to take part in sports, games, arts & crafts and many other activities.
CHILD UK provides Outdoor Play activities for schools, either as morning, lunchtime or after school clubs. We work with teaching staff to broaden their games knowledge and have more confidence in delivering these activities.
All Play Rangers coaches are emergency first aid-qualified, DBS certified and hold national coaching badges.
Our Play Rangers encourage youngsters to make use of the local parks and open spaces by providing free activities such as:
- Egg and spoon races
- Football, cricket and volleyball
- Kite flying
- Camp building
- Bead and jewellery making
- Adventure walks
Have got any training equipment? No problem – We have a wide range of sports training equipment that we are more than happy to bring with us.
